First aid & CPR — Mumbai
First Aid and CPR Training in Mumbai with Certificates
When someone collapses at work, the ambulance rarely arrives inside the first four minutes — but a trained colleague is already there. Plan My Health runs hands-on first aid, CPR and AED training across Mumbai for factories, offices, warehouses, construction sites and schools, with participation certificates for every attendee.
Sessions are delivered at your site by certified trainers, in English, Hindi and Marathi, using manikins, AED trainers and real emergency scenarios drawn from BFSI and corporate offices, pharma, media, logistics and port-linked businesses. Batches are sized so every participant actually performs CPR — not just watches a demonstration.

Who we train in Mumbai
We train designated first aiders, safety committee members, security and facilities teams, line supervisors and general employees across Andheri, Powai, BKC, Lower Parel, Goregaon, Vikhroli and the MIDC estates. Many Mumbai clients combine head-office health checkups with statutory medicals for plants in Thane, Bhiwandi and Taloja.
- Factories and warehouses — statutory first aiders per shift
- Corporate offices and IT parks — floor wardens and volunteers
- Construction and infrastructure sites — crew-level emergency response
- Schools, colleges and housing societies — staff and student batches
What the course covers
The standard workplace course runs 4 to 8 hours depending on your batch size and risk profile. Every module is hands-on: participants practise each skill on manikins and training equipment until the trainer signs them off.
- Adult CPR and recovery position, practised on manikins
- AED awareness and hands-on trainer units
- Choking, bleeding, burns, fractures and electric shock
- Heat stroke, chemical exposure and workplace-specific scenarios
- Emergency drills: raising the alarm, stretcher handling, handover to ambulance
Certificates and compliance
Every participant receives a Plan My Health first aid training certificate with the date, modules covered and trainer details — useful for safety audits, client vendor requirements and factory inspector visits. We maintain a digital register of trained first aiders per site so HR and EHS can see coverage by shift and department, and we remind you when refreshers are due.
Legal references on this page are general guidance. Exact requirements depend on your state factory rules, the processes you run and your headcount, so we confirm the applicable rules for each site before we propose a scope.
How a training day runs at your Mumbai site
You pick the date and the room — a conference room, canteen or training hall is enough. Our trainers arrive with all equipment, run two batches per day if needed so shifts are covered, and leave you with attendance records, certificates and a drill report. Refresher sessions are shorter and can be combined with your annual safety week or wellness calendar.
How we work with your HR and EHS team
Every engagement starts with a short scoping call and, for plants, a site walk-through. We map headcount by shift, the processes and hazards on site, the statutory registers you already keep and the gaps an inspector or auditor is likely to find. You then receive a written proposal with scope, staffing, timelines and a per-employee or monthly price — no bundled extras you did not ask for.
- Scoping call and site or office assessment
- Written proposal with scope, deliverables and pricing
- Mobilisation of doctors, nurses, technicians or trainers
- Delivery with digital records in the Plan My Health platform
- Monthly or quarterly review with HR, EHS and plant leadership
Frequently asked questions
Do participants get a certificate?
Yes. Every participant who completes the hands-on assessment receives a first aid training certificate, and HR receives the full attendance register.
How many people per batch?
Up to 25 per batch so everyone gets manikin time. Larger headcounts are split across batches or days.
Can you train at our plant outside Mumbai city limits?
Yes. We regularly serve sites around Andheri, Powai, BKC, Lower Parel, Goregaon, Vikhroli and the MIDC estates — share your location in the enquiry and we will confirm the trainer team.
How often should first aiders be retrained?
We recommend a refresher every 12 months; skills fade quickly without practice, and audits expect current certificates.
