Measure the workplace factors that drive worker health
Air quality, water potability, sound levels, illumination, heat stress and chemical exposure — measured zone by zone, benchmarked against Indian standards, and linked back to your employee health risk data.

Parameters we assess
Air quality
PM2.5, PM10, CO2, CO, SO2, NOx, VOCs and respirable dust across zones, indoor and ambient, benchmarked against CPCB and WHO limits.
Water quality
Drinking water potability, TDS, hardness, heavy metals and microbial load at every dispenser, tank and canteen point per IS 10500.
Sound levels
Area noise mapping in dB(A), personal dosimetry for mobile roles and identification of zones above the 85 dB(A) action level.
Illumination
Lux surveys across workstations, shop floor, walkways and inspection areas against IS 3646 recommendations.
Heat & humidity
WBGT heat-stress indexing, thermal comfort and ventilation/air-change rate assessment for hot processes and enclosed areas.
Chemical & ergonomic exposure
Workplace exposure monitoring for process chemicals, plus ergonomic risk scoring for repetitive and load-bearing tasks.
How an assessment runs
Scoping walk-through
Zone mapping, process review and parameter selection with your EHS team.
Measurement & sampling
Calibrated instruments and NABL-partner lab analysis, shift-wise where needed.
Report & action plan
Zone-wise findings against Indian standards, health-risk linkage and a prioritised control plan.
