OHC equipment and pharmacy
OHC Medical Equipment and Medicine Management
An OHC is only as good as the equipment that works on the day of an emergency and the medicines that are in stock and in date.
Plan My Health equips new occupational health centres, audits existing ones and manages medicine and consumable stock digitally, with expiry alerts and reorder levels.

OHC medicine list and pharmacy management
We draw up an essential medicine list matched to your hazards and headcount — emergency medicines, pain and fever relief, anti-allergy and antacid stocks, ORS, eye and ear drops, topical antiseptics and burn care, and hazard-specific antidotes where your processes require them. Every issue is recorded against a doctor's prescription in the OPD register.
Stock is managed digitally: batch and expiry tracking, reorder levels, alerts before expiry and a monthly consumption report for your admin team.
Legal references on this page are general guidance. Exact requirements depend on your state factory rules, the processes you run and your headcount, so we confirm the applicable rules for each site before we propose a scope.
How we work with your HR and EHS team
Every engagement starts with a short scoping call and, for plants, a site walk-through. We map headcount by shift, the processes and hazards on site, the statutory registers you already keep and the gaps an inspector or auditor is likely to find. You then receive a written proposal with scope, staffing, timelines and a per-employee or monthly price — no bundled extras you did not ask for.
- Scoping call and site or office assessment
- Written proposal with scope, deliverables and pricing
- Mobilisation of doctors, nurses, technicians or trainers
- Delivery with digital records in the Plan My Health platform
- Monthly or quarterly review with HR, EHS and plant leadership
What you receive: reports, registers and dashboards
Employees get their own confidential digital health record, reports and follow-up advice on their phone. HR and EHS leaders get an anonymised company dashboard showing participation, risk trends and pending follow-ups, plus exportable registers for audits. Individual medical details are shared with the employer only where the law requires it (for example a fitness opinion) or where the employee has consented, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
